Sometimes the loneliness is hard

a desperate restlessness...

An overwhelming sense of loss

I try to then suppress...

A longing deep within my soul

that can't be satisfied...

A wounded spirit all alone

a love that never died...

I try to reach you with my thoughts

to touch you from afar...

Somehow I hope with all my heart

you hear them where you are...
